Hynt is a national scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to make accessibility information and policies around free tickets for personal assistants and carers clearer, consistent and easier to find

Hynt is a membership card
The membership card is available to people who have an impairment or a specific access requirement, or for the carers of those who do, which entitles them to a ticket free-of-charge for a personal assistant or carer at all the theatres and arts centres participating in the scheme. The application form for the card can be found on their website and at participating venues, or you can click here to find out more about the eligibility criteria. For those who are not automatically eligible, or for people who require more than one personal assistant or carer, Diverse Cymru acts as a primary arbitration organisation.
Hynt is a resource for everyone
The Hynt website is a resource for anyone interested in information or news around access and the arts. The site features listings of all accessible performances, as well as providing up-to-date access venue information to help you plan your visit. Through regular e-updates, they provide relevant and up-to-date arts and theatre access information.
Diverse Cymru operate an arbitration service only for the Hynt Card. Any queries regarding the scheme should be addressed to hynt@cardportal.co.uk
